Platinum Lite HD: £465 (Part Day)

Up To 2-Hour Event (time includes 45-minute setup time)

Ideal for those requiring a video of their Guest Arrival, Wedding Ceremony in full and Recessional only, or for an event of short duration such as Christenings, Namings and other short ceremonies or events of less than two hours duration.

We are hired for no more than 2 hours including setup time from arriving at the venue to departure. Editing your production will take about 3 days - included.

So you are really paying for about 4 days of our skilled and creative work.

• Recorded and edited in HD PAL.
• Supplied on 2 (two) Standard Definition DVDs with professionally produced animated personalised menu. DVD cases with printed cover inserts using pictures of the event.
• For Blu Ray DVD or USB Flash Memory Stick option for this package please add £35.

Platinum Standard HD: £645 (Full Day)

Up To 9-Hour Day (time includes 90 minute setup time)

Guest Arrival, Wedding Ceremony in full, the Reception and Speeches, and the evening entertainment including the First Dance. In addition, celebrations such as Anniversaries and Family Reunions of more than 2 hours in duration.

We are hired for up to 9 hours in the event day from arrival to departure. Editing your production will also take about 5 days work - included.

So you are really paying for about 6 days of our skilled and creative work.

But please note, often for weddings the evening concludes with the First Dance, plus a little more atmosphere of the evening's entertainment - it does not mean we continue filming throughout and for a total of 9 hours. If you think you might require additional time or extended coverage please contact us.

• Recorded and edited in HD PAL.
• Supplied on 2 (two) Standard Definition DVDs with professionally produced animated and personalised menu graphics. Professional DVD cases with printed cover inserts using pictures of the event.
• This package also supplied with 2 (two) high capacity USB Flash Memory Sticks giving HD quality video playback on PC and TV.

Platinum Plus HD: £685 (Full Day)

Up To 9-Hour Day (time includes 90 minute setup time)

• The same as our Platinum Standard Package but supplied with 2 (two) Standard Format DVDs and 2 (two) Blu Ray HD DVDs with Pop Up Graphic Menu.
• This package also includes 1 (one) high capacity USB Flash Memory stick giving HD quality video playback on PC and TV.

We are hired for up to 9 hours in the event day from arrival to departure. Please see our Platinum Standard package for conditions.

Bridal Preparation: £120

Should you require the Bridal Preparation to be part of your wedding video production then please add this to the above packages and prices. This is for the additional time required - so please call to discuss the details.

DVD Review Service: £85

If you wish to review your DVD prior to us sending your final version DVDs then you can do so by including this in your package. You can request up to 4 (four) shot changes in the review version. If having watched the review version you require no changes, then we only charge £25 to cover the additional DVD, artwork, packaging and postage - returning £60 with your final version DVDs delivery.

Additional or Replacement DVDs & USB Flash Memory Sticks:

Standard DVD Format £15 each. Blu Ray DVD Format £18 each. HD USB Flash Memory Format £15 each.

• The Platinum Standard package includes 2 (two) Standard Format DVDs and 2 high capacity Flash Memory Sticks for PC or TV playback (USB connection).
• Additional DVDs include Motion Graphics menus, printed DVD surface and DVD case with printed inserts - the same as your original DVDs. Price includes special delivery postage.
• Flash Memory Sticks are video timeline only.

Additional Information

• Travel costs up to 60 miles return trip are included in the package prices. Additional mileage is charged for at 50p per additional mile. We do accept bookings for other areas of the country - contact us to enquire.
• We are not VAT registered, therefore prices are not subject to VAT.
• Music PPL (Public Performance Licence) fees are included.
• Church and Civil ceremony wedding clients:

You need to obtain a Wedding Video Recording License from Wedding Video Recording Licence for DVDs. Otherwise check with your wedding celebrant if the licence for their ceremony copyright (or performance) is included in your wedding venue hire. Average cost of a licence if purchased on the internet is about £20, although a church venue may charge you more.
