Travel costs are included in the price for round trips of up to 80 miles (40 miles radius from our base) beyond which travel is charged for at 40p per additional mile.

General music mechanical copyright and performance usage licences for your DVD are granted to the event organiser not to Moving Memory Professional Video. Licences and more information about this can be obtained from Wedding Recording Video License

Music Royalties purchases (if applicable and subject to clearance) are £20 per music track of up to 4 minutes in duration - payments are made to music publishers and copyright holders. Ask for further details.

Please note, any additional music royalty charges ONLY apply IF you request ADDITIONAL music tracks to be included in your production which were NOT covered during your ceremony, reception or evening entertainment and the WVRL (see above).

We are not registered for VAT therefore prices are NOT subject to VAT.

Terms of payment: 50% deposit upon booking, the remainder 7 days prior to the event.

The client owns the copyright of the completed production as provided on the DVD. Use of material by Moving Memory Professional Video for promotional purposes is granted. All music rights for inclusion in the video are obtained (subject to clearance rights) and comply with current UK-EU usage.
